Account Payments Betting Casino Bonuses Responsible Gaming
Account & Login

Creating an account is straightforward. Head over to the Register page, fill in your basic details — username, mobile number, and a secure password — then verify your mobile number with the OTP sent to your phone. Once confirmed, your account is active and ready to use immediately. The whole process takes under five minutes.

Go to the Login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter the mobile number registered to your account and an OTP will be sent to you. Enter the OTP, set a new password, and you are back in. If you no longer have access to the registered mobile number, please contact our support team directly for manual account recovery.

No. e999 allows only one account per person. Duplicate accounts are against our Terms and Conditions and may result in both accounts being suspended along with any associated balances. If you have accidentally created a second account, reach out to support as soon as possible so they can help you consolidate or close the extra account cleanly.

Log in to your account and navigate to the Profile or Account Settings section. From there you can update your display name and contact details. For changes to the registered mobile number, a verification step is required to protect your account from unauthorised edits. If you run into any trouble, the support team is available around the clock.
Deposits & Withdrawals

e999 supports the most popular payment options used across Pakistan. You can deposit and withdraw using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfers, standard bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards, and a range of mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR so there are no hidden conversion charges.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your e999 balance within a few minutes. Raast and bank transfer deposits generally arrive within 15 to 30 minutes, though during high-traffic periods it may take slightly longer. Card deposits are usually instant. If your deposit has not appeared after a reasonable wait, note down the transaction reference and contact support.

Log in, go to the Withdrawal section in your account dashboard, select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as quickly as possible. Most requests are completed within a few hours during normal operating hours. Ensure your account details are fully verified to avoid any delays.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits can vary depending on the payment method you choose. As a general guide, the minimum deposit is typically a few hundred PKR, which makes the platform accessible to players at all budget levels. Maximum limits are set per transaction and per day; exact figures are displayed at the checkout step when you initiate a deposit. Always play within a budget you are comfortable with.
Sports Betting & Cricket

Cricket is front and centre at e999, with full coverage of PSL matches, T20 internationals, bilateral Test series, and ICC events. Beyond cricket, the Sports section also covers football, tennis, basketball, and a growing Esports category. Live betting is available across most major events, meaning you can place bets while the match is in progress and odds update ball by ball.

Live odds on e999 update in real time based on what is happening in the match. During a PSL game, for example, odds on the match winner, next wicket, and over runs shift continuously as the game progresses. You simply select the market you want, enter your stake in PKR, review the potential payout, and confirm. The bet is settled automatically once the relevant event concludes.

Cash-out availability depends on the specific market and event. Where the cash-out option is available, you will see it clearly displayed on your open bets. The cash-out value reflects current live odds, so it may be higher or lower than your original stake depending on how the match is going. Visit the Betting or Bet section for full details on which markets support this feature.
Live Casino & Slot Games

The Live Casino at e999 features professional dealers hosting Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, and several game-show style titles. Tables run around the clock so you can join a game at any time of day or night. Streams are high definition and the interface works smoothly on both desktop and mobile browsers.

No additional software is needed for browser play. Simply log in and navigate to the Live Casino section — the games load directly in your browser. For the best mobile experience, the e999 app available on the Download page offers a more polished interface with smoother streaming and quicker load times, though it is entirely optional.

The Slot Games library at e999 includes hundreds of titles sourced from leading studios. You will find classic three-reel fruit machines, five-reel video slots packed with bonus rounds, progressive jackpot games, and Megaways titles with thousands of ways to win. New games are added regularly so the library keeps growing. Use the search and filter tools inside the section to find exactly what you are looking for.
Bonuses & Promotions

New members at e999 are greeted with a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The exact offer is displayed on the promotions page once you register. Typically this includes a deposit match bonus, giving you extra PKR to play with across Sports Betting, Slot Games, or Live Casino depending on the active promotion. Always read the bonus terms before opting in so you understand any wagering requirements.

A wagering requirement means you need to wager a bonus amount a certain number of times before it can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of PKR 5,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Different games may contribute differently to wagering — slots often contribute 100% while certain table games contribute less. Full details are always listed in the individual promotion's terms.

Absolutely. e999 regularly runs reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin events tied to new Slot Games launches, and special PSL season promotions with boosted odds or bonus bets. Logged-in members also receive personalised offers based on their favourite game categories. Keep an eye on the promotions section inside your account dashboard and enable push notifications via the app so you never miss a deal.
Responsible Gaming

Inside your account settings you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is in place it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period for your own protection, but decreasing a limit is applied straight away. This tool is one of the most practical ways to stay in control of how much you spend on the platform. See the Responsible Gaming page for the full range of self-management tools available.

Yes. A self-exclusion or cooling-off option is available in your account settings. You can pause your account for a set period — a few days, a week, or longer — during which you will not be able to log in or place bets. Your balance is preserved and remains accessible once the exclusion period ends. If you feel that gaming is becoming a problem, please use this tool proactively rather than waiting. e999 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above.

Some common warning signs include spending more than you planned, chasing losses by immediately depositing again after a losing session, neglecting other responsibilities to play, or feeling anxious when you cannot access the platform. If any of these sound familiar, take a step back. Set strict time and money limits, talk to someone you trust, and make use of the self-exclusion tools on the Responsible Gaming page. Gaming should be entertainment, not a source of financial stress.

Why Players Across Pakistan Choose e999

e999 has become a go-to destination for online entertainment in Pakistan because it genuinely understands what local players are looking for. The platform speaks the right language — not just English, but the kind of practical, no-fluff experience that players in Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, and everywhere in between appreciate. There are no complicated menus or confusing interfaces. Everything from depositing via JazzCash to watching live PSL odds shift ball by ball is designed to be intuitive.

The variety on offer is another reason the platform has built a loyal player base. Whether your thing is placing a pre-match accumulator on the T20 World Cup, jumping into a live Baccarat session with a professional dealer, grinding through the Slot Games library on a lazy Sunday afternoon, or enjoying a round of Bingo with other players — e999 covers all of it under one account. You do not need multiple apps or multiple accounts for different games.

Payments have always been a major concern for Pakistani players, and e999 has addressed this directly. PKR is the currency used throughout the platform, and JazzCash and Easypaisa — the wallets that millions of Pakistanis already use daily — are fully supported for both deposits and withdrawals. This means topping up your account feels no different from sending money to a friend, and withdrawing your winnings is equally familiar.

If you still have questions that were not answered above, the full About Us page gives a broader picture of the platform, and the Responsible Gaming page outlines all the tools available to help you keep your gaming balanced and within your personal limits.
